Insulated transition (reduction) is an insulated fitting, with the help of a welded steel insert connecting two steel pipes of different diameters. The insulated transition complies with EN448 standard. Pre-insulated transitions are designed to reduce the pipe diameter by up to two times. We offer one- and two-stage ready-made transition units with built-in copper wires.
Parameters of pre-insulated reduction:
- DN1 is the outer diameter of larger diameter steel pipe, mm;
- DN2 is the outer diameter of the smaller diameter steel pipe, mm;
- D1 is the outer diameter of the larger diameter polyethylene sheath, mm;
- D2 is the outer diameter of the smaller diameter polyethylene sheath, mm.
