Pre-insulated flexible plastic pipes consist of:

  • Flexible (one or two) pipes made of high density polyethylene;
  • Thermal insulation: made of polyurethane foam (PUR);
  • Shell pipe: medium density polyethylene, tends to deform. It may be corrugated and flat surface;

Customization:

  • Maximum operating temperature +90 ºC;
  • Maximum operating pressure 6 bar / 90 ºC;
  • Diameter: Ø75 to Ø180 (single) / Ø90 to Ø180 (double).

For hot and cold water supply
