Pre-insulated flexible plastic pipes with PUR filling for central heating and hot water supply. That kind of pipes can be of two types: single (when one supply line is sufficient) or double (supply and recirculation) pipe construction.
Pre-insulated flexible plastic pipes consist of:
- Flexible (one or two) pipes made of high density polyethylene;
- Thermal insulation: made of polyurethane foam (PUR);
- Shell pipe: medium density polyethylene, tends to deform. It may be corrugated and flat surface;
Customization:
- Maximum operating temperature +90 ºC;
- Maximum operating pressure 6 bar / 90 ºC;
- Diameter: Ø75 to Ø180 (single) / Ø90 to Ø180 (double).
For hot and cold water supply

Insulated flexible plastic pipes consist of:
- Flexible pipe made of high density polyethylene;
- Thermal insulation: made of polyurethane foam (PUR);

- Maximum operating pressure 10 bar / 60 ºC;
- Diameter: Ø75 to Ø180.
