Insulated elbow: an insulated shaped piece used to change the direction of an underground heat pipeline. The standard elbow angles are 90º and 45º branches with polyethylene or galvanized steel insulation with built-in copper wires. Pre-insulated steel elbows are only used with the same (or higher) limit stresses and the same nominal pipe wall thickness.
Non-straight angle elbows, e.g. 60º, 45º double the longitudinal pipe deflections, so such elbows cannot be used frequently on the same track.
Pre-insulated elbows diameters from DN20 to DN1000, but if necessary we can offer bigger diameters elbows
